Commission TOS

Basic TOS

  • Any commissioned work is not to be sold as NFTs

  • I only accept upfront/half-half payment

  • For half-half payment, the first half are before the sketch, and the later half are after you confirm the sketch

  • Booked slot last for 1 week after I sent you the invoice. After that, the slot will expire.

  • I do not accept rush commission (commission with deadline less than 1 weeks)

  • Turn around time will be around 1-2 weeks, but might increase depending on how complex your orders are

  • There will be additional charge for complex characters

  • All prices are for personal uses only, do not resell or use the commissioned artworks for commercial purposes

  • Please negotiate the prices with me first if you'd like me to draw for commercial purposes

  • I will send the sketch confirmation before continuing (Except for YCH icon), no major revision after you confirm the sketch

  • I have the right to accept/decline commission if I feel uncomfortable with your order

  • Please check my samples first to know if your styles would fit your order

Refund Policies

  • You can ask for full refund if your commission haven't been started in 1 month

  • After I sent you the sketch, if I am unable to finish them in at most 2 month, you can ask for half refund

  • After I sent you the finished commission, you cannot ask for any refund
